Dr. Brandon Kyle, MPA, Ed.D.
The Volunteer Effect was founded by Brandon Kyle, MPA, Ed.D. in 2021, an advancement and volunteer engagement leader with 15+ years of experience across R1 research universities, selective liberal arts colleges, and national nonprofits. Dr. Kyle has led board-governed membership programs, multi-million-dollar fundraising portfolios, and volunteer strategies that connect donors and volunteers to mission in authentic, lasting ways. His work sits at the intersection of philanthropy, governance, and community, helping institutions
grow support while strengthening trust and participation.
